Due to the different systems used between VHS/VHS-C and Video8, unfortunately there are no cassette adapters for these formats. The VHS-C adapter cassettes are suitable only for adapting VHS-C/S-VHS-C cassettes to VHS (full format) recorders, not for Video8 or MiniDV tapes: the tapes on these systems are different sizes and the heads of a VHS device cannot read them. This technical difference makes it impossible to adapt these systems to each other.
