Receiver mode
Does neither your stereo system nor your TV have Bluetooth? You can still enjoy the sound on your Bluetooth headphones or mobile speakers without the hassle of unplugging them. The Bluetooth adapter wirelessly connects Bluetooth headphones, a smartphone or a Bluetooth speaker to two devices. In this receiver mode, you can enjoy your favourite hits on your powerful stereo system or a fast-paced action film with Bluetooth headphones, for example.
Transmitter mode
If you're listening to a concert by your favourite band on CD, use the over-ear Bluetooth headphones. If you simply want to clean your home while listening to motivational music, then use the True Wireless headphones. This scenario is also no problem for the Bluetooth adapter with transmitter and receiver. In transmit mode, you can connect two Bluetooth headphones to a stereo system, a TV or a projector. This multi-point connection is particularly practical if you are watching your favourite blockbuster or listening to a live concert as a couple, but each of you prefers a different volume. Still enjoy as a couple, but without too-quiet-or-too-loud discussions.
Bypass mode
Incidentally, the Bluetooth audio adapter can also be used without Bluetooth. With the optical connection via fibre optic cable, you can enjoy interference-free sound via speakers or headphones, e.g. on your hi-fi system, if you did not previously have the option of an optical connection. This bypass mode also works with the 3.5 mm jack connection, but the fibre optic connection offers a higher-quality sound spectrum.

Retrofitting Bluetooth to a stereo system, TV or projector works with the Bluetooth audio adapter via two connection variants: very straightforward and universal via the 3.5 mm jack connection or interference-free via the optical fibre connection. The required cables are included in the scope of delivery.
Bluetooth the quick and easy way
The Bluetooth adapter is powered via the USB port on the TV or stereo system, but can also be powered from a separate power supply unit via the socket. With autopairing, you only need to pair your devices with the Bluetooth audio adapter once. If Bluetooth is then activated, the connection is established automatically.
